First, please check if the package is properly sealed with branded tape and box.
Raise the issue with us within 48 hours of receiving the package. Kindly provide an unboxing video, which will help us better understand the issue and expedite the resolution.
2. In-Transit Delivery Issues : If your order shows as delivered, but you haven't received it, don’t worry—we’ll assist you!
What You Can Do:
Reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery notification on your contact number. The sooner we know about the issue, the faster we can address it.
Please note that if this is not reported within the mentioned time frame, we may not be able to recover the order, and charges for prepaid orders will not be covered. It’s important to keep track of your delivery notifications, but we’re here to support you if anything goes wrong.
3. Product-Related Issues : If you have any concerns about the product itself, such as:
Taste
Texture
Mixability
Or any other product-related issue
What You Can Do:
Please get in touch with our support team within 72 hours of delivery. We want to make sure you have a great experience with our products, and if there's an issue, we’ll make it right.
If the product appears defective, the issue should have been visible when the product was delivered.
